This life-enhancing behaviour change course runs over a 6 or 12 week period, virtually or in-person, to sustainably improve nutrition & weight management. The sessions start with participants looking at habits and attitudes to food and helps them to employ effective self-management techniques that work for them. Sessions advance to look at macro- and micronutrients, while continuing to keep solutions individualistic.
